 Trace Thomas e-Pro, GRI.  I am a privileged member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Austin Board of Realtors. These relationships enable buyers to have access to the newest properties on the market each day. For sellers it gives their home exposure to  buyers from a multitude of different areas.

A committed and attentive professional, I am dedicated to putting my client's satisfaction above all else. I strive to bring each client excellent service with courteous, responsive action throughout the search process as well as during and after the transaction.

One of my committments to my clients is expanding my real estate knowledge through further education. I have obtained my GRI designation and e-Pro certification and I am continually taking courses that help me stay on top of the major issues and changes that affect Austin's real estate market.

For me being a Realtor means helping people fulfill their hopes and dreams of finding the right home. It is my goal to give you the best possible experience when buying or selling real estate. 

I've lived in Austin for 10 years and I can't think of any place I would rather live. I believe it is important to try and give back to the city you belong to. Komen Race for the Cure ww5.komen.org , and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation www.cff.org , along with several others.These people are dedicated to making the lives of the people in Austin better and I am proud to be a small part of the things they are trying to accomplish.
